  1. Participants must register online by filling out this Registration Form and pay with credit card, check, purchase order, or money order. Please complete the Registration Form below and select the method of payment.

  3. Upon completion of the registration process, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you submitted on the Registration Form.
  4. Registration and payment must be submitted by the registration deadline on April 18, 2018.
  5. Payment is non-refundable. If you can’t attend the program, substitution is acceptable with prior notice. Please notify us 10 business days prior to the date of the program via email at [email protected].
